Domestic Dates Produced or Packed in Riverside County, California; Decreased Assessment Rate

This final rule implements a recommendation from the California Date Administrative Committee (Committee) to decrease the assessment rate established for the 2023-2024 and subsequent crop years. The assessment rate will remain in effect indefinitely unless modified, suspended, or terminated.
