District 3: Peter Hubbard (D) 982,158, Fitz Johnson (R, incumbent) 578,475 (Secretary of State post-audit Contest Results Comparison, updated November 21, 2025; 1,581,077 ballots cast). Both incumbents, who had voted for the January 2025 large-load rules, were removed; the outgoing commission certified the data center capacity on December 19, 2025 before the winners took office in January 2026.
