Order Denying GIPL, Southface Institute, Sierra Club and Southern Alliance for Clean Energy's Joint Petition for Reconsideration, filed February 23, 2026. At the February 18, 2026 Administrative Session Chairman Shaw moved to deny the petitioners access to the trade-secret large-load revenue workpapers; "The Motion passed 3-2, with Commissioners Pridemore, Shaw, and McDonald voting for and Commissioners Hubbard and Johnson voting against," and the Commission adopted Advisory Staff's recommendation to deny reconsideration on the same 3-2 vote.
