Amendment of Class E Airspace; Ahoskie, NC

This action proposes to amend Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface for Ahoskie, NC, by adding airspace for ECU Health Roanoke Chowan Heliport, Ahoskie, NC. This action also proposes to amend the airport information for Tri-County at Henry Joyner Field Airport by updating the airport name and coordinates. Additionally, this action would bring the Ahoskie Class E airspace into compliance with FAA orders. Controlled airspace is necessary for the safety and management of instrument flight rules (IFR) operations at this airport.
