introducedThe Department of Defense (Department or DoD) is giving concurrent notice of a modified system of records titled "Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database," DHRA 06, and this rulemaking, which exempts portions of this system of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act to avoid interference during the conduct of criminal, civil, or administrative actions or investigations.
