Moratorium (HF 4888 Finke / SF 4298 McEwen), repeal of the exemption (HF 5125 Sencer-Mura / SF 5231 Maye Quade), water permits and environmental review (HF 3793, SF 3852, HF 2928, SF 3968, SF 4816) and local NDA bans (SF 4548, SF 4379, HF 4077, HF 4814, SF 5062, HF 4915) all stalled; MPR reported on Jun 12, 2026 that lawmakers adjourned without passing new restrictions.
