PacifiCorp's HB 3546 tariff (Advice 25-015), filed Oct 2, 2025. Amazon asked the PUC to suspend it, arguing it "does not accurately implement HB 3546"; Order 25-516 (Dec 16, 2025; Tawney, Perkins, Power) suspended it and denied interim rates; Order 26-310 (Aug 31, 2026) extended the suspension to Dec 31, 2026. No final order as of Oct 20, 2026. The Data Center Coalition and Amazon are intervenors.
