Georgia PSC order approving Georgia Power large-load rules (docket 44280, January 2025)

Order dated January 28, 2025 approving Georgia Power's December 11, 2024 revisions to its Rules and Regulations for new customers of 100 MW or more: minimum billing requirements and longer contract terms, with Staff's conditions that the discretion be exercised to protect existing customers from the costs of adding large customers, that terms be shown to Staff before contracting, and that every executed contract be filed within 30 days. "At its January 23, 2025 Administrative Session, the Commission voted unanimously to approve Staff's recommendation."
