PA PUC Docket M-2025-3054271 — Large Load Model Tariff Framework (final order Apr 30, 2026)

Final Order adopted at the Commission's April 30, 2026 public meeting and released May 13, 2026 (tentative order Nov 24, 2025), establishing a model tariff framework for large electric loads (a single customer over 50 MW or 100 MW in aggregate): a "but-for" cost standard so that interconnection and system-upgrade costs caused by a large load are borne by that customer, self-construction of facilities allowed, no bring-your-own-generation mandate. Electric distribution companies file conforming tariffs in their own dockets.
