introducedThe National Park Service is issuing a temporary amendment to regulations for the National Capital Region. This amendment will temporarily remove barriers to the efforts of executive departments and agencies and the United States Semiquincentennial Commission to appropriately plan, organize, and execute an extraordinary celebration of the 250th Anniversary of American Independence through various events taking place within the Washington, DC region.
